STEP 01

Application Submission

Applicants must access the recruitment website and submit an online job application during the specified period.
When you submit your application, you'll be able to select the jobs you're interested in based on your aptitudes and interests. Select the job category which the job belongs to and finalize your application.

STEP 02

Document Screening

Based on what you say in each section of your application and your cover letter, we'll comprehensively evaluate whether you have the right qualifications, experience, and passion for the job and the company.

STEP 03

AI Competency Test (Aptitute Test)

For those who pass the screening process, an aptitude test, which is different from the traditional one, will be given with various questions and methods.
The test focuses on your characteristics to see if you're a good fit for the company and the job.
There is no pass/fail based on the results, so you can take it online at the convenience of your schedule.

STEP 04

Interview

- First Round of Interview (Work-Level Interview)

A first round of interview assesses your ability and enthusiasm for the job, as well as your practical skills.
Interviewers include current department heads and team managers.
It is a one-to-many or many-to-many interview based on your application and competency tests, accompanied with a personality assessment. (Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour)

- Second Round of Interview (Career CEO Interview)

Second round of interview is only for those with work experiences.
This is an interview with the CEO intended to assess the candidate's future potential and
fit with the company. (Duration: approximately 1 hour)

※ Those without a career experience: 1st / Those with career experience: 1st, 2nd

STEP 05

Final Acceptance

Congratulations on making it through all the rounds.
The working conditions for the candidates who have been recruited will determined according to our recruitment criteria, based on their work history, expertise, and assessment results.

STEP 06

Training Period (3 months) Evaluation and Formal Declaration

After a three-month training period and evaluation, you will be officially announced as a member of ORCHEM.
